New housing in Lobberich-Ost

The housing in the new residential area will consist of detached, semi-detached and terraced houses. The whole area encompasses approximately 260,000 m² and will be built in four sections. The public services provider is the Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft für den Kreis Viersen mbH. The building and marketing of the first and third sections is completed. Attractive plots of land are still available in the second and fourth sections.
